Eight minutes of forearm plank? Wall sitting, kettlebell swings, lifting 50 kilos? No problem!
The "fitness grandma" is seen as a role model and an inspiration; her positive energy is truly contagious.
Erika Rischko, the so-called "granfluencer," is making waves on social media with her fitness and dance videos and is an enthusiastic i:SY rider. She has already inspired her husband and daughter with her passion. We visited her to talk about her experiences with the i:SY.
I am really taken with the compact design—I’m not particularly tall, and I can handle the i:SY wonderfully. Thanks to the comfortable seating position, I feel secure as soon as I get on the i:SY. With this confidence, I prefer riding it much more and more often than on a 28" bike. I'm also thrilled by the wide selection of colours. I chose the i:SY E5 ZR RT in mint green, but there are so many other great colours—it wasn’t an easy decision!
What I find particularly practical is the high-quality accessories. Especially the bags in vibrant colours with a handy click closure are easy to attach and look fantastic. When I ride the i:SY to the gym, I can simply strap my sports gear onto the rack and off I go. I also like to take my i:SY for shopping or small errands. It’s just practical, and I can get everything done in no time. When I have more time, I enjoy taking a longer route. Especially in autumn, when everything is so beautifully colourful, I love being outdoors.
Thanks to the powerful battery, even the climbs here in the Bergisches Land, which can be quite steep, are no problem. And when I go downhill with a bit of speed, I am always impressed by how secure I feel on the i:SY.
For me, my i:SY is the ideal companion in all situations—whether for short trips or long rides, I sit safely and comfortably and enjoy cycling.
My husband now also rides an i:SY E5 ZR Adventure with a suspension fork. It’s even better suited for unpaved forest paths, thanks to the rugged tyres and suspension. My daughter Silke is also quite taken with it.
